# Omniqlo > Omniqlo is marketplace operations software made by ZaadCore. It takes stock and prices from your ERP, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle, and publishes them to Amazon UAE, noon, Talabat Mart, Shopify or any other marketplace or web store on a schedule. It checks every price against guardrails first, and writes each order back to the ERP as a sales order. Key facts: - ERPs: Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP and Oracle (native connectors); any other ERP or POS via the connector studio (REST, SFTP, file). - Channels: Amazon UAE and noon (marketplace APIs), Talabat Mart (store files over SFTP), Shopify, and any other marketplace or web store (API or scheduled feed). - Pricing guardrails before publication: minimum margin, maximum price movement, dual approval above $1,362, UAE 5% VAT validation. Failing items are held back and counted. - Orders are planned (ready / blocked / skipped) and written back to the ERP as sales orders; fulfilment and cancellation status synced both ways. - Payment settlement: customer payment journals against the ERP invoice, one bank account per gateway (e.g. Tabby, Tamara, Stripe). - Central stock allocation: per-channel percentage shares, rounded down per item, remainder kept as an oversell buffer. - Analytics (sales, inventory, pricing, sync health), reports, scheduler with run logs, viewer/operator/admin roles, one server-side write switch. - Pricing: quoted per implementation, plus quarterly support and hosting.
